19/04/2025 The Invites - concert of the International ensemble, the course participants of the workshop led by Belgian Musician Wouter Vandenabeele  (Roundwood Parish Hall).

18/04/2025 The Invites - Try out concert and open jam session with the International ensemble of 'the Invites' (course participants of the workshop led by  Belgian Musician Wouter Vandenabeele) at The Cobblestone pub in Dublin.

15.11.2024  We're having a ball -  Balfolk dance workshop and meeting with live music took place at The Loft of Common Ground, Church Terrace, Bray, Co. Wicklow.

08.11.2024  We're having a ball - live music at the The Hut pub, 159 Phibsborough Rd, Phibsborough, Dublin, D07 HA21, from 18.30 to 19.15, with dancers joining. 

18.10.2024  The Invites - Genoveva Faisca (Portuguese Musician). The Singing workshop and concert with  Genoveva Faisca  (Portugal) took place at The Hut,159 Phibsborough rd, Dublin.

18.08.2024 Teach That Tune. Tune teaching workshop at Turqoise cafe (Ballinastoe crossroads, Roundwood, Co.Wicklow). We started off this new initiative of Roots in Tune, with 3 wonderful musicians who each shared a trad tune from their countries of origins. Fiddler Ivo Lemahieu from Belgium, Guitarist and vocalist Marios Kazasidis from Greece and Flutist Laetitia Chauve from France each teached a tune during a short workshop (60min. each). We started off at 11:00 and finished at 15:00. At the end of the workshop we played our music for the customers of the Sunday Farmers Market. If interested to attend similar workshops in future, please send us an email, mentioning Teach that Tune, your name and instrument. The Teach that Tune workshops are Free events, but spaces are limited. We are looking forward to meeting you all on a next event!

15.06.2024 We are having a Ball! Balfolk dance instructor Serena Piotti and musician Agnese D'Anna  had a ball at the Mud Island community Garden.  Musicians and dancers from the community came together and had a lovely afternoon of music and dancing  https://mudisland.ie/event/open-day-3/
